i'm growing fat (my aunt whom i hvn seened for abt half a yr did the 'face became more rou rou' action when she saw me)! but my weight remains the same..
've been doing 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 150s(ok nt seconds but my own counts) leg lift..
aim: below 50 kg.. hoho.. and flat stomach..
pls jio me out to cycle or badminton.. or any sport besides running.. cos i can only run for 15 - 20 mins..
